Claire Donnelly Family Solicitor

Claire Donnelly is our Senior Solicitor. She qualified in 2010 having trained in Paisley and since that time has worked in Glasgow and Lanarkshire. Claire specialises in Child and Family Law and has a wealth of experience in dealing with contentious family matters. She works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for clients in what can be difficult and challenging periods in their lives. She regularly appears at Hamilton Sheriff Court and other courts within the jurisdiction whilst representing her clients.

Claire also regularly attends at Children’s Hearings to represent both parents and children. She has built up excellent working relationships with fellow peers and Sheriffs at Hamilton through her extensive appearances at Court. Claire appears on a daily basis at Court to undertake the firm’s agency caseload where she appears for agents outwith this jurisdiction.
